3. Come Prepared
Pay your balance at the showroom first; bring tie-downs and padding. The warehouse does not accept payments or supply loading materials.
4. Inspect & Secure
Inspect your furniture before loading and ensure it is secured for safe transport.
Need post-pickup help? Labor is free for one year; pickup customers may bring furniture back to the warehouse to avoid an in-home trip charge.
